Fresh Guernsey Seafood
Extensive seasonal menus specialise in fresh Guernsey seafood and shellfish, with much of it caught within the bay and delivered straight to our door during the summer months.
The restaurant uses only prime quality meat and offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes bursting with colour and flavour, as well as delicious homemade Guernsey cream teas and a selection of burgers, sandwiches and ciabattas.

Meet Lars Kloetzer
Originally from Germany, Lars arrived in Guernsey as Head Chef having worked mainly in fine dining restaurants and hotels in Bavaria and Austria.
Lars believes the local seafood, beef and vegetables are as fresh as they get.
He has been at Cobo Bay Hotel for over 10 years and continues to find joy in welcoming visitors and locals all year round as well as being able to create beautiful food using quality produce every day.
