Cobo Bay Hotel Best Available Rate Guarantee

The Cobo Bay Hotel guarantees that the rates and special offers found on this website are the best that you will find online. For even better value, please sign up to our e-newsletter to receive exclusive rates and offers by email.

In the unlikely event that you are quoted a rate by a third party (inclusive of all fees, supplements and taxes) that is lower than the price available through our website for the same date(s), room category, number of guests, package, and subject to the same terms and conditions, then please contact us immediately with the relevant information so that we may investigate and if needs be, adjust our rates accordingly.

Please note, however, that this offer does not apply to the following:

•  Confirmed reservations
•  Negotiated corporate or group rates
•  Package deals that include items such as travel or car hire
•  Special rates and offers made exclusively available to subscribers or members of third party websites, companies and organisations
•  'Secret Hotel' rates that do not unveil the hotel until after you have booked
•  Rates available on auction or voucher websites

Accommodation, Rates and Offers

All rates and offers published on this website are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total booking amount, along with valid credit card details, are required at time of booking in order to guarantee a reservation. Should you need to cancel a room at any point, then the following fees will apply:

Minimum fee *   : 25% of the total booking amount
15 - 30 days prior to arrival:   35% of the total booking amount
8 - 14 days prior to arrival:   60% of the total booking amount
3 - 7 days prior to arrival:   75% of the total booking amount
48 hours or less prior to arrival or no show:   100% of the total booking amount

Please ensure that adequate travel insurance is taken in respect of illness or adverse weather conditions which may prohibit travel, or effect your arrival or departure to or from Guernsey.

* All reservations made at our Advanced Purchase Rate are charged in full at the time of booking and are non-amendable and non-refundable.

Vouchers

Vouchers may be purchased for any amount to be used as payment or part-payment towards accommodation, food and drinks at Cobo Bay Hotel.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase by bank transfer, debit/credit card or cash. Any payment which is subsequently dishonoured will result in the voucher being rendered null and void.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent, no refunds will be given and change will not be given if the full value of the voucher is not used.

It is the responsibility of the person purchasing or receiving the voucher to keep it safe as it will not be replaced nor its value refunded under any circumstances, including loss, damage or theft.
