Whether you're planning a romantic dinner, small social gathering or a large banquet, we have a menu to suit the occasion. We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements, and should you suffer from any allergies then please notify us in advance so that we may be as accommodating as possible. Please note that lunch and dinner parties for 12 people or more are kindly requested to pre-order. All menus listed on this website are subject to change without prior notice.
Our extensive seasonal menus specialise in fresh Guernsey seafood and shellfish, with much of it caught within the bay and delivered straight to our door during the summer months. We only use the finest cuts of meat and offer a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes bursting with colour and flavour, as well as special homemade cream teas and a selection of burgers, sandwiches and ciabattas.
Please note that our spring menu selection may vary according to supply and demand during the coronavirus pandemic.
We offer a diverse range of set menus and buffet options for groups, private parties and wedding receptions to choose from, whilst it is also possible to create a bespoke 2 or 3 course menu from our seasonal à la carte selection. Please note that this must be restricted to a maximum of 4 choices per course if catering for 20 or more people. Should you have any special requests, wish to add your own personal twist or even design a menu from scratch then we promise to be as accommodating as possible.
What better way to start your day than with a freshly cooked-to-order breakfast whilst looking out to sea? All of our overnight rates and packages include our award-winning breakfasts, which include a continental buffet and are also available to non-residents until 10am seven days a week, whilst our brunch menu is served until midday both indoors and on The Beach Terrace (season and weather permitting).
Wine-lovers are spoilt for choice at Cobo Bay Hotel, with over 60 wines from around the world to choose from, including the opportunity to indulge in a fine Burgundy, Bordeaux or Rioja from The Director’s Cellar, or sample one of our New World favourites.
We also stock locally produced ale, cider and gin as part of our wide selection of beverages that includes a choice of cocktails, craft beers and single malt whiskies. Our friendly team will be happy to recommend the perfect pairing for your meal or simply serve your favourite post-work pint with a reassuring smile.
