Welcome to The Cobo Bay Hotel’s internationally recognised restaurant.
We were recently judged by customers of Saga Holidays as one of the
top three dining venues in the world. That’s in addition to our AA Rosette
and numerous local awards.
Locally caught fish and shellfish is landed on the beach and delivered direct
to our kitchens – we’re very lucky being so close to the sea and you will
literally be spoiled for choice.
We also feature a variety of mouth watering dishes for carnivores, and are
delighted to cater for vegetarians and anyone else who may have any
specific dietary requirements.
To whet your appetite, here is a sample fish menu which we offer during the
summer months, with a fixed price of £25.00 for three courses and coffee.

Tian of chancre crab with a basil oil herb salad

Lobster thermidor with wild rice and baby vegetables
Oven baked turbot in a carrot and corriander broth
with truffle scented potato scales and a puree of broad beans
Steamed bass and langoustine, aubergine caviar,
sweet red peppers with tomato and olive salsa

Poached pear william, walnut and ginger crumble
and heather honey ice cream
Strawberry and mascapone mille feuille
aged balsamic and basil ice cream
Apple tart with calvados caramel, prune armagnac parfait
